Otherwise, enjoy the Coconut recipe just below: Coconut Flan Delight:Flan à la Noix de Coco… A succulent coconut dessert -- goes perfectly with all seasons -- and it's very easy to make! Enjoy! 1 tsp. Vanilla Powder (or extract) 1 cup Granulated Sugar 2 cups Coconut Milk 2 cups Concentrated, Unsweetened Milk 1/2 cup Shredded Coconut 1/3 cup Flour How to Make It: Preheat oven to 300°F 1. In a bowl whisk the eggs and the sugar. Then, add flour and vanilla and whisk again. 2. Add both milks and stir well. 3. Pour into flan dish (or pie dish) and bake in a bain-marie (double-boiler) for about 40 to 45 minutes, or until it has taken (congealed). 4. Let cool off, then powder top with shredded coconut and refrigerate. Voilà! Tip: If for some reason you can't bake in a bain-marie, just butter the flan/pie dish and bake normally. Serving Ideas: Traditionally, flan recipes are served in one large flan dish (or pie dish). You can leave the flan in the dish, or you can flip over onto a serving platter. If you'd like, you can also use individual ramekins. In any case, you definitely want to sprinkle the shredded coconut over the top. And, if you want to add a special decorative touch, you can add white chocolate shavings or silver dessert pearls! Flan Recipe Index PageTo see our other flan recipes,
