Serving Ideas:

Traditionally, flan recipes are served in one large flan dish (or pie dish). You can leave the flan in the dish, or you can flip over onto a serving platter.
If you'd like, you can also use individual ramekins.

Variations:

One of the joys of making flans is that there are so many simple ways to vary them without changing the basic recipe. So, you will notice that I've included many exciting and tasty variations at the bottom of each of the recipes listed above.
