Variations for Rice Pudding Recipes:

If you want to spice things up a bit, or if you are looking for a touch of elegance, add a little rum on top, right before serving. It looks pretty and tastes great. Or, add some raisins or cherries right before adding the butter and stir. Of course, you can add any chopped fruit that you wish to add a touch of originality

Serving Ideas:

Lots of choices. First of all, you can serve it in one large dish or in small individual dishes or ramekins.

If you make individual portions, refrigerate the extras. They will stay fresh for a few days and rice pudding recipes make wonderful snacks. Not to mention breakfast!
